The end of March I had 2 relatives pass away! It was all a little bit crazy but I'm glad to know that families are together forever. We'll miss you Uncle Dick and Aunt Jean but I know you're having a great time at the reunion party! My Mom came into town for the first funeral. While she was here we tried to do lots of fun things to make up for the sad reason for her visit. The first day we went to Filoli since she had never been. We could not have timed it more perfect. It was just a couple days before their Spring Festival so all the flowers were in bloom. It was amazing! I have a ton of photos I could share of the day but I have narrowed it down to these ones.
We started the day off with a 2 hour guided tour.
The flowers were insane! So pretty!
We ended our visit with a delicious lunch in the tea room. So fun!
I love when my mom visits and I love Filoli!
The rest of the week we spent shopping and seeing family. The next week we were off to Utah.
