This year the week of Danny's Birthday fell on the busiest week of work for me. I am a planner. If I know certain things need to be done on certain days then I plan in advance a schedule to make sure things get done in the most efficient, least stressful way possible. I also try to get as much done in advance as I can. I meet with team members and make sure they are on board with my plans and that they know what I will need from them by when. Unfortunately the week of Danny's birthday nothing went as planned. My planned busiest day was a walk in the park and the days after which should have been crazy but doable were a disaster and on top of everything I was really sick. Poor Danny really got the shaft. I'm so thankful our friends were on top of things and were able to come to dinner at BJ's right next to my office. You guys are the best!!

Luckily my birthday present plans for Danny worked out and he got quite the surprise when he woke up in the morning and there was a huge grill in our family room. He couldn't figure out how I had gotten it up to our apartment by myself. hahaha! I love you Danny! Hopefully next year we can have a serious blow out to celebrate how awesome you are!!
