We spent Christmas in Kennewick with my family and New Year's with Danny's family in Midway. With all the excitement I only took one picture.
GG's re-united!! It was so fun to see everyone (minus 2). It was even funnier when someone from high school recognized us all together. Sergio!! I look forward to our reunions every year. Hopefully next time Leanne and Angie can make it!!Some of the Kennewick highlights:
- The bad weather that cancelled our flight
- The 4+ hour drive from Portland in the middle of the night to get to Kennewick because Portland was the only airport we could fly into.
- Car shopping with Danny and Becca.
- Bob's the new, cool place to eat.
- Seeing my friends from high school!
- Seeing Tron (in 3D) with Carrie and Kyle.
- Yogi Bear with Becca (I think we were all bored).
- My Mom being the ultimate trickster and surprising my Dad, and Danny and I with ipods despite her being a techni-phobe and having us help her buy them. You got us good!
- A "Princess Castle" themed Christmas for Becca.
- Becca opening her Princess Castle presents from Santa before any of us heard she was up.
- Getting on the direct flight to UT that we were originally on but for some reason were booted from months before.
- Nico's with the boys, and Scott and Tara's family.
- My Star Wars movie night (more like afternoon) with Caden.
- Skiing at Park City with Danny and our faces getting frozen off.
- Game night with the Hightowers.
- Sitting next to Caden at every meal.
- Dietrich's 1st birthday .
- Seeing Elder Holland every time we went to Smith's.
- The power going out and getting ready in the pitch black.
All in all it was an excellent holiday! Going back to work was a little hard. :)
