Danny loves fresh veggies and has been wanting to do a garden for a couple of years. When our ward sent out a memo that they wanted everyone in the ward to have a garden we didn't have an excuse anymore. Plus our balcony is huge and we have been wanting to make it cute.
Orchard Supply had a sale Saturday on 4 inch veggie plants (buy one get one free) so we got lots of good stuff (tomatoes, squash, watermelon, cantaloupe, peppers, basil, chives, and rosemary)! I just hope we can keep them alive. Danny picked out the plants and is in charge of taking care of them. I am in charge of the garden bling. I am so excited about my solar lights. I think they will make our balcony really fun! I was also really excited to re-discover these cute planter signs I bought awhile ago for a craft project that I never used. I can't wait to get some chairs and a table and to eat fresh veggies!

That looks so cute. I should really do that too- but i'm too lazy. Though, you have inspired me so maybe i'll do it.
Hey- we're actually coming to SF in June! We just got our tickets yesterday. My fam is going for a little trip. We'll be there from the 11th to the 14th, so we definitely need to get together while I'm there. Hopefully you'll be in town so let me know!!!
