Great America and Dolls

Ten years ago this week my family moved to Washington from the Bay Area. It was a major transition to say the least. It was also one of the best things to ever happen to me. I am so grateful for all my WA friends and all the opportunities the move offered me. I'm only sorry I was such a California brat for so long....please forgive me.

Two weeks before our family moved I got my wisdom teeth out, and went to Great America. Since we now live 10 mins from Great America I thought it was a perfect way to celebrate the anniversary of the move and ride some coasters! Ten years has changed a lot at Great America. It's ghetto...but it has a water park. As Danny said, "Disneyland is 1000 times better. This really makes me appreciate Disney." The rides were fun but only had like 2 cars, boats, or whatever which made the medium size lines take forever plus the park was dirty. Glad we didn't do the water park.

The Rugrats

A lot of people ask me what I do during the day since I don't go into work. This is what I do...

Zoe (still not sure about the name) and her new wardrobe

Friends
crafts and other projects, visit the library, and check my email.

**The dolls were much cuter without faces. I didn't want to put faces on them because I am no artist and I know a face can make or break a doll or stuff animal. However, Danny said, "the dolls look freaky without faces." So they now have faces.**

Fun crafts...did you learn to do this for Beca? I think they are still cute with their faces. Can't wait to see what other projects you get yourself into.

Sad we are not going to see you guys this weekend. I have so much to finish before we go back next week I just couldn't get away. Will we not see you guys again until Christmas?

Enjoy Midway for all of us!

I can't believe you made those dolls- they are awesome! You are such the seamstress! I'm glad I was able to see you while you were here, even if it was only for like 15 minutes. come back soon!

You are so crafty. You need to teach me some of your skills. Ok so I totally thought that you were like 12 in that picture at Great America. I don't know what you are talking about in previous post about you needing to loose weight. You are tiny!
