So I'm trying to plan our meals for a little bit and I'm wondering if anyone has recipes out there that only require like 3-5 ingredients and are really quick... please share!!!
Tara- I'm really excited to try your chicken pillows!
Well, I don't really cook, but I make a little mixture that is pretty tasty and basically takes no work. Brown rice mixed with black beans, corn, garbanzo beans, tomato sauce and some seasonings. I like cheese on it, Aaron doesn't. It's like rice goulash (sp?) Delicious if you ask me.
One of my favorite meals is stir fry with the best sauce ever... Mr. Yoshida's gourmet sauce. Just keep it in your fridge and stir fry it with chicken, beef or just veggies. I like zucchini, carrots, broccoli, onions, and green peppers. Nothing's better than Mr. Yoshida's.

Grilled Chicken Margherita Pizzas 1 T olive oil 1 clove garlic, finely chopped chicken, how ever much you want, it's says 2 boneless breast, but I use 2-4 tenders just depending on how I feel. 1/2 t seasoned salt 4 Tortillas 1 1/2 c mozzarella cheese 2 roma tomatoes sliced 1/4 c sliced basil leaves, I just use the dried spice thing.
You can do this on the grill or just in the oven. First mix oil and garlic. then brush chicken with 1 t oil mixture and with seasoned salt. Then cook the chicken. Place tortillas on ungreased cookie sheet. brush with remaining oil mixture. Sprinkle each with 1/4 c of cheese. Cut chicken into strips. Arrange chicken strips over cheese. Top evenly with tomato slices sprinkle cheese and basil. With wide spatula, carefully slide pizzas onto grill or put in oven and cook until cheese is melted, and crusts are crisp. It's really easy and super yummy, we also like to do it with BBQ sauce. Good luck! By the way it's me Kristin. I broke down and started a blog. Transtrum.blogspot.com
