The Christmas Festivities Continue!

So 2 weekends ago we decided to take a trip down Christmas Tree Lane aka Foulton Street in PA. The residents on this street have been decorating since the 1940s. It all started with all the houses getting matching Christmas Trees to put outside and it grew from there. If you move onto the street you actually have to agree to the Christmas Tree Lane contract. After driving down the street Danny and I have decided this is where we want to live when we strike it rich. I loved it because it reminds me of Christmas with the Kranks. "Free Frosty!".

All the trees lined up.

Cutest house ever!

I think next year we are going to get a group together and watch Christmas with the Kranks, then walk Christmas Tree Lane with hot coco and carol!

It's Christmas Time!!!!

Last Saturday Danny had to take the CFA exam and he didn't tell me know long it was going to take so I sat around waiting for him to come home. Finally I was able to find the test itinerary online and discovered it was 8am-5pm! I was a little ticked he didn't clarify it was an all day event so when he got home he had to make it up to me by taking me to see a Christmas dance production called "Behold the Light" at the Oakland Temple. For those of you who know Danny he hates dance productions with a passion, especially the Nutcracker (which I love) so this was a big step for him. When we got there he was in an extremely bad mood but about 5 minutes into the show he totally cheered up (he must have felt the spirit). Anyways, I thought it was 1,000 times worse than seeing the Nutcracker but Danny surprisingly enjoyed it and loved seeing the lights at the temple. The temple is so pretty!

Maybe if I can convince him to go to the Nutcracker he won't hate it anymore!

Thanksgiving

Danny and I went to Utah for Thanksgiving this year. It was a little crazy getting there but we were so glad we were able to fly. We had good times with the family playing games, eating food and shopping. Danny especially enjoyed play video games with his bros. These are a few of the family pics we took while we were there and the only pictures I have from Thanksgiving.

Hopefully when we come for New Year's we will be able to see our friends! We miss you!

Seeing this in exactly 3 hours!

And I'm pretty excited. Admit it...most of you are doing the same tonight.

Does any one else wish they had the Gossip Girl wardrobe??

Perhaps I haven't changed at all since my freshman year of high school (see 10 years ago post). If I could fit into it, maybe my favorite outfit would still be the prep school plaid pleated skirt and blazer.

Even cute outfits for Danny!

What can I say? I'm a preppie at heart. And yes, I pop my collar.
