She married him? Really? He must be funny...

Liz,

I know that you're a private person, but hand written letters are archaic. I just want to shout from a mountain top "Daniel Maxfield loves Liz Maxfield (I finally knew that you loved me when you changed your last name in October)," but I don't have a mountain. What I have is a computer, a computer with a blog.

Can you believe that it has been two years? Time goes by fast when you're having fun, right? I'm thankful to have you in my life for so many reasons. You help me want to be better than I am and to succeed. I have become a better person because of you. Sure I act like a kid sometimes, but I do it because I love making you laugh and smile. In those moments, with your smile and laughter, I find the joy of our marriage. It just all seems to make sense and fit together.

I love you, babe. I hope that you can always remember that.

Happy anniversary.

I heart you.

Danny

CHA CHOW!!!........This ones for you CADEN

Who are your coolest Uncle and Aunt you might wonder.....I will tell you...Danny and Liz, the proud owners of LIGHTNING MCQUEEN!!!

This is what I have been spending all my time painting for the ward Trunk or Treat

And our costume...
Pit Crew coveralls

And it totally paid off. All the kiddies LOVED it and wouldn't leave our car alone and some stalked Danny inside the church saying "You're the one with Lightning McQueen" (then one of them put a clown nose on Danny and they all laughed...Danny was not happy. It was awesome).

Anyways, it was pretty fun. AND...we now have something to dress up as for Trunk or Treats for as long as we have my car (which is probably going to be another 10 years).

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!

PS. I have a job. I start on Monday. Play time is over.

Please Help!!!!

Start watching Pushing Daisies!!! It's a great show. Danny and I both love this show (it's Danny's favorite). It's on Wednesday 8/7c on ABC. Apparently it's on track for cancellation. But its really good so everyone should watch! I mean it has a lady with an eye patch...it has to be good.

What do you do when all your friends are going to the Pumpkin Patch and you're the only one without a kid??

Take a stuff animal as your child.

Patches, Kara and Madeline riding the train

J/k (kinda). Last week the Young Mom's group in our ward went to Half Moon Bay to the big pumpkin farms. I decided to go because...

1. I have nothing to do
2. I really wanted to go to the pumpkin patch and Danny didn't
3. I am in charge of the RS activity groups and want to show my support

I also had purchased this stuff animal kitty (Patches) at the airport (my sister collects them and she didn't have this one) and decided to make her a "P is for Pumpkin and Patches" Halloween book. So I brought Patches along to take some festive Halloween pictures. Thanks to everyone for not thinking I'm too weird. And...

Patches says, "HAPPY HALLOWEEN!"

Meet Butterfly

I think its too cute! Becca is such a good Mom to her dolls.

Where we've been

So Danny has been super busy at work and ended up going to San Diego and I had a free plane ticket that I had to use before November so I decided to visit the family for a week. It was really fun hanging out, watching movies, eating good food, and shopping.

Favorite moment: Becca getting a baby Butterfly Halloween costume for her doll at Nordstrom. She is so spoiled but her doll looked super cute in her costume.

Danny worked hard in San Diego and was able to spend some time with the "Boys" this weekend when he got back. It was good fun but its nice to be back home.
